There are two weeks left of training with the Women’s on the Move training program. There is a course run this coming Saturday. The race for the Atlanta Women’s 5k is a week from then.
It seems that more people who orignally signed up for the program is coming back out to finish this up. The registration included the entry fee to the Atlanta Women’s 5k, so maybe, they think this will help their cause next week.
I feel great about the race coming up. I finally have no more hip pain, and the weather is getting better. I feel like I can run the entire 5k.
I’m ready for it.
